Community Network Alliance Group, LLC (CNAG) is a social service enterprise that offers sharp, motivated personnel to provide support services to foster care families. Our team particularly engages each person, no matter their age, with respect, compassion, and support. We help children, young adults and their families identify and address individual needs to set a foundation for success.

OUR VISION
CNAG will provide support services to children and youth in state conservatorship; and young adults aged out of foster care in hope that it is an advantage to increase successful outcomes and decrease homelessness. CNAG will arrange transitional homes and supervised independent living (SIL) residences in Texas for aged out of foster care kids between the ages of 18-22. The SIL will groom eligible young adults to be productive citizens with good moral character.
